Congratulations to Wilton, East Catholic A, and Whisconier Middle; the respective Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Middle School Champions of the 2013 Connecticut History Bowl! Our competition, held on Saturday, March 9, after the original date was snowed out, featured 12 teams from across the Nutmeg State. A big thank you to Anthony Tokman for accepting the call to direct the tournament on short notice, and to Jacqui Kaplan and everyone at Newtown High School for hosting the tournament this year. Thanks to all teams who came and participated; we hope that the teams who qualified will consider joining us for our high school National Championships on April 26-28, or our middle school National Championships on May 18-19. Both national championships will be held in Washington, DC and Arlington, VA. Sign up for high school Nationals ends on April 1, so please register as soon as you can; hope to see you there!
