The National History Bee and Bowl is pleased to announce that (edit) Sigourney High School in Sigourney, IA will be hosting the Eastern Iowa History Bee and Bowl on Saturday, February 25, 2012. Please note this tournament has been moved from its original site of Pekin High School! Please go to Sigourney High School for the tournament – not Pekin! This tournament will run on our C set; teams who participate here are also welcome to compete two weeks later at the Iowa History Bee and Bowl State Championships at Dowling Catholic High School in West Des Moines on our B set. Please note, though, that this tournament is not a prerequisite for the March 10 one, and that you and your team can qualify for our National Championships at either tournament.
