Ohio – State Championships

The National History Bee and Bowl is pleased to announce that its 2014 Ohio State Championships will be held at Tippecanoe High School in Tipp City. The date has now been set for Saturday, March 15, 2014, and as in the past, this tournament will run on our A set of questions. As with all state championships, this tournament is also open to out of state teams (as long as they have not yet played our A Set this school year). Should a non-Ohio student or team win a title, then the next highest finishing student or team from Ohio will be deemed the official Ohio state champion (as opposed to the Tournament Champion). For further questions, please contact the Tournament Coordinator at the email address below. We hope that you and your team will be able to join us!

Note: During the lunch break, the United States Geography Olympiad National Qualifying Exam will be offered for any interested students. The cost is $10 and no prior registration is required – simply be at the school at the time listed below. For further information, please see www.geographyolympiad.com or email info@geographyolympiad.com

Note #2: Please note that the schedule as listed below is subject to change, especially if significantly more or fewer teams attend than we anticipate. For now, please consider the schedule up to date, though check back a few days before the tournament for the final schedule. Note that if changes are made, they are far more likely to affect the end time rather than the start time of the tournament.
