Ysleta A won the 2013 El Paso Area History Bowl by going undefeated in the preliminary rounds, then defeating Ysleta B and Riverside A in the playoffs. The tournament featured seven varsity-level teams and no JV or middle school division. National bids were earned by the champions, Valle Verde, Riverside A, and Ysleta B.
We thank Ysleta High School and Paul Cain for hosting this tournament again, and we hope to see each of the qualified teams at our national championships on April 27-28 in Arlington, VA and Washington, DC!
