See a dot on the map, but no host school listed? Is there no dot in your area? Is there a nearby host, but you’d like to have an opportunity to play another question set? Please contact us if you would like to host a National History Bee and Bowl tournament for nearby schools!

Hosting is designed to be very easy for host schools. The National History Bee and Bowl will send at least one official to help direct the tournament. All host schools must agree to provide sufficient rooms for competition, a place to gather in the morning, and a place for students to eat lunch (though the cafeteria does not need to be open for business; you just need to provide a place for teams to eat food they have brought or ordered). Host schools are provided with free admission for up to 6 teams in the History Bowl and 24 students in the History Bee. Should host school teams qualify, they also receive a discount on the registration fee for our National Championships in April in Washington, DC and Arlington, VA.

Please contact the Director of High School Operations at: hs-info@iacompetitions.com if you are interested in hosting. Thanks!
