Hello lovely people! We want to make sure we give all divisions and parts of the world coverage on our social media pages, and we realize that sometimes it appears we cover one group more than others. We want to make sure competitors around the globe get the recognition that they deserve. For our Varsity and Junior Varsity divisions this is especially difficult, as those tournaments are often run by teams rather than IAC staff, and we cannot get the photos we need to let you all shine. This is where you all come in! We want to offer you all the chance to be on our Press Corps year round! How would this work, you ask? Fill out the form at https://forms.gle/8HERJbBhTimPpbZZ7 And in the 2024-2025, you will send in photos from the IAC tournaments you play in to our social media coordinator, no matter how well you do, and earn volunteer hours you can use on your CVs or for school (if your school requires them), and you will get tagged in the posts as a byline, getting credit that looks great on college applications as involvement in extracurriculars! Student Spotlight on Brent Costello!! This Middle Schooler, who competed at International History Olympiad Rome, recently visited the Jeopardy Set on the Sony lot during his school break. A Student Spotlight submission! From mom Sravani "Trishob (4th Grade) is from South Jersey and has been competing with IAC since 2nd Grade. He competed in the Eastern Pennsylvania Regional Finals on January 28th, 2024 and was Champion in Geography Bee, placed 2nd in the History Bee. He also competed in the December 2023 Online Regional Finals for Science Bee and was placed 3rd. He took all 3 Gold, Silver and Bronze :) He loves History and Geography but this year he wanted to take a shot at Science, so going for all 3 at the Nationals and is super excited to be at Orlando. Another parent submission!!! Eight middle-school students of Raha International School in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates) participated for the first time ever in the IHBB this school year. They competed at the Dubai round in February and one of the teams got 4th place. They kept up with the hard work and won 1st place at the Bowl of the Spring Online Tournament. Gabriel Gougenheim also won 1st place on the Bee. They are looking forward to participating in the European Championship in London! 🇦🇪🇬🇧 Well done kiddos!! #ihbb #international #welldone #champion

We want to highlight you all as the shining stars you are (or that your kids are if you are a parent or teacher seeing this), so please, share with us! We want to make you shine bright like the jewels in the trivia crowns that you are! We have some parents who already do this, and we want to be fair and show more!
